Customers are serviced on a COD basis until a credit application is submitted and approved. 

The following materials are not accepted in the container or at the landfill:
  • Tires, propane tanks and car batteries
  • Hazardous material or liquids
  • Paint (unless dried with kitty litter)
  • Yard waste must be hauled separately (cannot be mixed with other types of debris)

Please contact us if you have any questions regarding whether or not items will be accepted by the landfill.  Additional charges incurred due to unacceptable waste will be passed on to the customer.

All items placed in the container will remain the property of the owner.  At no time will title transfer to
CAN-DO Services Inc.

Containers must be loaded below the sides rails and may not exceed a maximum weight of 20,000 pounds.  All material loaded above the side rails or exceeding the maximum weight will be removed at the expense of the customer prior to transport.

No cash refunds after delivery.  Customer agrees to a minimum roll-off charge for on-site cancellations or moving of containers after initial placement.

A damage waiver must be signed by the property owner for all containers delivered beyond the curb line.
